Step 1.
Schedule a Complimentary Call
Once we check to make sure we are available to create your custom cake, we will schedule a 15 minute complimentary call to talk about your vision.
You can ask questions, hear a little bit about our process, and make sure we are a good fit for creating the most delectable bites for your big day!
Step 2.
Taste Delicious Cake
Schedule your tasting.
During this 45 minute appointment, we will discuss your specific ideas for your dream day cake! All while sampling 4 of our custom cake flavor combinations.
It will be a delicious and productive meeting, moving us closer to a show-stopping and mouth watering cake to compliment your big day.
Step 3.
Sign Contract & Pay Deposit
Officially reserve your wedding date with a signed contract and 50% deposit.
One month before your wedding date, we will have a 15 minute confirmation call where we review any changes to your cake plan.
The remaining 50% balance is due at that time.
Step 4.
Your Wedding Day
Your cake was designed with care and is delivered with care in our insulated and UV resistant Cake Safe.
We connect with the point person at your venue and perfect the set up and display. We share detailed instructions and any extra packaging needed.
You will receive a confirmation text message and photo letting you know your cake is looking as beautiful as you are…so that you can put your mind at ease and just celebrate!

Wedding Cakes: Frequently Asked Questions
Are you available on my wedding date?
Dates book quickly. Only a signed agreement with paid deposit will save your date. Contact me to schedule your tasting and to reserve your special day
When should I order my wedding cake?
I recommend securing your date on our calendar as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. We are a small team, with a limited amount of bookings each month. I always try to accommodate last minute orders, but once my calendar is fully booked I stop taking orders. If you’re wondering whether your date is still open, please contact me through my inquiry form and I’ll let you know!
Do you offer Cake Tastings?
Yes!
Most tastings are scheduled on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, or Sundays during the day. If those days don't work, We are happy to work with you to find a convenient time.
Do you charge for tastings and what is included?
Tastings include 4 Flavor Combinations for $50 (you choose two flavors. The other two flavors are added from our most popular picks.)
Tastings usually last 45-60 minutes. We talk about all things cake from flavors, fillings, design/theme, delivery and setup and more.
Tastings must be paid for at the time of booking.
You will leave with a quote. Quotes are valid for 7 days.
Please note that your Wedding Date is not considered booked by scheduling a tasting. Wedding Dates are held with a deposit of 50% of the quoted contract.

Do you offer specific designs to choose, from or can you create a custom cake?
I am delighted to work closely with every client. This gives me a chance to learn about your personal style, and vision for your special day. From this I am able to create the beautiful and unique cake of your dreams. If you have some inspiration phots, I am happy to work with that design. Please note that cake photos will not be copied exactly. Each cake is a unique work of art and special to each Bridal Couple.
Can I have a different flavor of cake for each of my tiers?
Yes absolutely You can one or two flavors for your tiered cake. There is an additional cost for more than two flavors.
Do you offer an anniversary cake?
Yes! contact me three weeks prior to your first anniversary for a complimentary 6" cake to celebrate your first anniversary. Anniversary cakes can be picked up at my location in Northfield, VT. Due to the delicate nature, we regret that we cannot ship our cakes or cupcakes.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! Delivery and setup starts at $75. This includes a radius of 20 minutes travel time one way and one hour of setup time. Additional fees based on time/distance to your venue from my shop location outside the 15 mile radius, and the extra time needed for setup.
How is the price determined?
Every cake is unique.
We price our cakes in an A la Carte style. You can choose the options that you like the best! Base price for a tiered cake is $5.00/serving. This includes buttercream icing and basic design.
Design work is based on the time it will take to create your Special Cake. This is based on $25/hour. Some Simpler designs may only take an hour to create, other more intricate designs could be 5+ hours.
Sugar Flowers starting at $40
Delivery and Setup are based on the time and distance involved. Delivery and setup start at $75.
