Please submit your order inquiry via our online inquiry form. This will give us the information we need to create an estimate for you.
For custom cakes, it may be beneficial for a quick call to discuss your vision so that we can craft the perfect cake for your celebration.
Your estimate will be sent via email. Please review the attached estimate. If all looks good, please accept the estimate to continue the order process.
However, if there are changes or other ideas you would like to explore, please let us know. We want to help bring your vision to life for your celebration!

Officially reserve your celebration cake with your online payment. We request a 50% deposit., but some choose to pay completely at the time of ordering.
The remaining 50% Balance is due 48 hours prior to your pickup or delivery date.
You will receive a confirmation for the arranged time of pickup/delivery.
We will send you reminders of your pickup date and time as the time gets near.
Please plan for your order pickup to be your LAST stop. We will send you complete cake care instructions prior to your pickup.
If you need candles for your cake, please let us know! It is our pleasure to offer them complimentary with your order.
